We are a non-profit organization with a mobile surgery program – the first of its kind in the world. More than two decades ago, an operating room was built in the back of a truck where we have since performed an average of 350 surgeries per year in some of the most remote regions of the Ecuadorian Andes, Coast and Amazon. We treat people who otherwise would not be able to access surgical services safely near their homes, humanizing the medical service, while guaranteeing standards comparable to the best healthcare centers around the world.
