Since 1994, in our Mobile Surgical Unit, we are performing surgeries in remote places in Ecuador. Most of this surgical procedures correspond to general surgery and urological surgery; however, there have also been surgical interventions of other specialties such as: gynecology, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology and plastic (reconstructive) surgery.
